In these Refund Policies, the expressions "we", "us" and "our" are a reference to Seaspray Valuations & Fine Jewellery.

Refund Policy – Online Purchases (excluding Afterpay/zipPay/Latitude):

Please choose your online purchase carefully. Merchandise purchased from Seaspray Valuations & Fine Jewellery may be returned within seven (7) days of the date of receipt of the goods for a full refund or exchange for goods of equivalent value when the goods are returned to Seaspray Jewellery at 314 West Street, Umina Beach NSW 2257, in new, original condition and in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed via the original purchase method. This excludes Afterpay, zipPay and Latitude purchases.

Refund Policy – Afterpay/zipPay/Latitude:

Please choose your purchase carefully as you will not be entitled to a refund where you have simply changed your mind. Seaspray Jewellery will offer you an exchange for an item/s of similar value or a gift voucher. 

Faulty Items:

You may ask for a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. A major problem is an item that has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it or an item that is significantly different from its advertised description. We may offer to repair the item or we will provide you with a full refund or replacement of the faulty item on its return. Please note that if an item is damaged as a result of normal wear or negligence it will not be deemed to be faulty.

Faulty items must be returned within seven (7) days of the date of receipt of the goods for assessment to Seaspray Jewellery at 314 West Street, Umina Beach NSW 2257, in new, original condition and in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed via the original purchase method.

All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless we have assessed and confirmed that there is a fault with a product or that we have made a shipping error.

Seaspray Jewellery takes no responsibility for items that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us. If you are concerned about loss or damage in transit, we recommend that you consider adding tracking or insurance, however, this is at your sole discretion, and Seaspray Jewellery makes no representations or warranties in relation to the security of returned item/s.

Refund Policy – In-Store:

Please choose your in-store purchase carefully as you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange where you have simply changed your mind, however, a gift voucher to the value of the original purchase may be offered to you in this instance.
