You may ask for a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. A major problem is an item that has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it or an item that is significantly different from its advertised description. We may offer to repair the item or we will provide you with a full refund or replacement of the faulty item on its return. Please note that if an item is damaged as a result of normal wear or negligence it will not be deemed to be faulty.
